Because we believe that the key to achieving long-term impact lies in building community capacity towards operating autonomous Identity Project implementations, we work to strategically seed The Identity Project within our partner organizations. This produces a long-lasting ripple effect, creating a deeply resourced, people-powered educational movement that students, schools, and tribal communities can rely on from year to year.
Highlights include operating multi-year programming serving Native American and Latinx youth across five of New Mexico’s highest need school districts, an incubation partnership with the Museum of Indian Arts and Culture, and garnering state and federal funding support for sustained implementations. Most recently, in partnership with an Alaska Native tribal association, and thanks to a federal Dept. of Education EIR grant, we are co-creating new iteration of The Identity Project for the Native youth communities of Chugach Region of southcentral Alaska.

Each year we review requests for new partnerships, however we intentionally keep our portfolio small so that we can elevate relationships and build long-lasting movements for change, choosing to value depth of over breadth at every turn. To inquire about a potential partnership, write to us. We’d love to hear from you.
